What's the difference between eLearning and IT support? eLearning support is for issues that come up after you have successfully logged into the Pacific College eLearning system (aka Moodle).

If you cannot log into the system or have technical issues unrelated to the Pacific College eLearning system, you should contact IT by sending an email to helpdesk@pacificcollege.edu.

If you can't find the answer to your eLearning question in the knowledge base, please use the eLearning Support Form to ask for help. All support requests will receive a response within one business day.
